Hi, I’m Lara, a nonprofit consultant and grant writer working at the intersection of equity, strategy, and sustainability. I support mission-driven organizations to strengthen programs, align operations, and secure funding through clear planning, strong budgets, and compelling storytelling. My style is collaborative and practical: we build what your team can carry, and we tell your story with respect and integrity.

Consulting

I help you make the work make sense, inside and out. That can look like clarifying program models, building realistic staffing plans, tightening operations, or strengthening partnerships. Equity shows up as concrete choices: who has access, who benefits, who decides, and what barriers we remove.

Grant writing

I turn your work into a proposal reviewers can follow and fund. I bring structure (timeline, checklists, attachments), strategy (fit and competitiveness), and narrative (clear, doable, specific). I also love a good budget and will make sure it tells the same story as the narrative.
